CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Payment: • A non-refundable deposit is now required to book your appointment. • A card on file is required to reserve your spot. Your card will be charged the deposit at booking. • The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. • If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. • Accepted payments: Tap to Pay, card, or EXACT cash. • No refunds on services. Cancellations & No Shows: • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. • Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and a 50% charge of the booked service. • No-call/no-show appointments will result in loss of deposit and will charged the full service amount and must prepay future appointments before booking again. Late Policy: • There is a 7-minute grace period. If you arrive past 7 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. • Please notify me ASAP if you’re running late so I can try to accommodate you. Guest Policy: • NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS allowed during appointments unless they are receiving a service. • Only clients receiving a service are allowed in the suite. Suite Rules (Mandatory Shoe Policy): To maintain cleanliness and the spa aesthetic, all clients must follow the suite’s no-shoe policy: • Upon arrival, please remove your shoes in the waiting area. • Clean slippers will be provided for you to wear during your service. • Used slippers should be placed in the designated basket after your appointment. ⸻ By booking with Crystal’s Touch, you agree to all policies listed above.
